Bio
Thinh Phan is a prominent professional in Vietnam’s technology ecosystem, currently serving as the Program Manager for AI Research at Qualcomm. With a strong academic foundation including an MBA and a Master of International Business from RMIT University, he has built extensive experience in managing cutting-edge talent accelerators. Prior to his role at Qualcomm, where he coordinates advanced AI research initiatives and residency programs, he played a key role in cultivating local tech talent as the AI Residency Program Manager at VinAI.
