Prof. Takao Onoye is Dean of Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University, Japan. He is Editor in Chief of IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications, and Computer Sciences. He is Vice Chair of IEEE Asia Pacific, in charge of Technical Activities. His interest are Video Processing Systems, Cognitive Wireless Communication System, Reconfigurable Systems, Media-centric Signal Processing.
