Academics

For Master Degree (MD) education, Hanoi University of Science and Technology designs the curriculums in two orientations:

  • Research (Master of Research)
  • Application (Master of Engineering)

Students can actively choose a suitable curriculum for working positions in the future: educating, science studying or participating in companies, agencies, organizations, etc.

Arcoding to Pilot Program of Renewing Master’s Degree Enrollment of Hanoi University of Science and Technology in the period of 2016-2020, issued under the Decision No. 4202/QĐ-BGDĐT of Minister of Education and Training, dated on 04/10/2016, the university is allowed to enroll students in research-oriented post-graduate training programs of engineering and technology fields. Based on the approved plan, the university has started to apply integrated undergraduate-graduated education. Third-year students can participate in researches and carry out projects with the instructors. The topic of graduation thesis will be developed when learners continue in Master’s degree training. Students can plan their study from undergraduate level in order to keep their progress to Master uninterrupted.

Students enrolling for the Master’s degree training program should satisfy:

  • Finish the undergraduate program with at least Good degree
  • The graduated time is no more than 3 year from the time submitting for admission
  • Enrolling for the appropriate study field
  • Students can ensure to participate in the training continuously at School.
