Profile

Nguyen Duc Anh received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics at Kyoto University in 2023. He is a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, School of Information Technology and Communication. He is interested in machine learning, especially graph neural network models, explainable AI, and applications in biological data.
