LE Duc TRung is a Main Lecturer of Computer Science at the School of Information & Communication Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). He received his M.S in computer science in 1993 from HUST. His current research interests include ICT Project management. He has Over 20 years of consulting experience as an information systems specialist in projects funded by World Bank, ADB, JIBIC, JICA, DANIDA. MDTF on IT domains. Particular focus on strategic ICT planning and management; program and project management; systems development, Over 20 years of ICT consulting experience in working with the Financial and Banking sector and Government of Vietnam, the Ministry of Finance in Vietnam, Ministry of Information and Communication and state-owned Banks of Vietnam.
