Profile
Ho Viet Duc Luong is a junior lecturer who graduated with an excellent B.S. degree from the Talent Program in Computer Science and an excellent M.Sc. degree from the Elitech Program in Data Science at the School of Information and Communications Technology (SoICT), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). He received the Best Presentation Award in the Thesis Defense Committee Optimization 2024 at SoICT, the Second Prize in Vietnam’s National Mathematical Olympiad 2020, and a Gold Medal in the National Mathematical Olympiad for University and High School Students 2018. Since 2025, he has been working as a lecturer-in-training at the Department of Computer Science, SoICT, HUST. One of his papers was nominated for a Best Paper Award at the Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference (GECCO) 2026. His research interests include evolutionary computation and artificial intelligence applications in optimization problems for wireless communications and autonomous systems.
