Since the establishment, there have been close collaboration between the School with European, North American, Japanese and Korean academic institutions. Currently, School of Information and Communication Technology has been expanding these partnership in the direction of diversification, multilateralization, utilizing international resources to quickly develop the team and improve the quality of training and scientific research<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cooperate with many foreign partners in the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, Belgium, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. From this, many topics of national collaboration has been developed as a protocol proposal with Germany, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, the topic financed by ASEAN-IVO (Singapore, Japan), the Nafosted Bilateral Project Vietnam-Germany, Vietnam-Belgium, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establish good partnerships with developed sectors such as Torino Polytechnic University (Italy), Catalunya Polytechnic University (Spain), Regensburg University for Applied Science (OTH, Germany), Japan National Informatics Institute (Japan), Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST, Korea), Sydney University of Technology (UTS, Australia), University of Technology and Agriculture (Japan) and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), in order to send graduate and postgraduate students to short-term internships, co-guide postgraduate students and thereby build relationship in researches between the Institute&#8217;s groups and partners.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cooperate with Shibaura University, Nagoya University (Japan) in organizing summer schools on IoT, Big Data, Robotics to provide professional knowledge for lecturers and students, as well as enhance collaboration in exchanging students and officials of the School.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Double-degree training: learners can attend two universities to get awarded by both if meeting the graduation requirements<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cooperate with Torino Polytechnic University (Italy), and Catalunya Polytechnic University (Barcelona Tech, Spain) in PhD training. PhD. Nguyen Dinh Thuan has been awarded a Doctorate by both Hanoi University of Technology and Torino University of Technology.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cooperate with Uppsala University in training dual-degree engineers. Students can learn for 3 years under the Global ICT Program and 1 year at Upsalla. They will be awarded by both university if meeting the graduation requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cooperate with Aizu University (Japan) in bachelor&#8217;s degree training.
